Thanks, Beth! Back when I was running regularly (the first time around) I'd got myself into a position where I felt I HAD to run every day and would be really hard on myself if I didn't. This time though I'm absolutely LOVING the variety I'm getting!
The weather here at the moment is awful, so it's good to have alternative strings to my bow - although I'd certainly like to be getting outside to practise my actual running several times a week. 😊
