Dear Reader,
Exercise is time-consuming.
It’s another busy day today, and I had neither the time nor the head space this morning to run.
Reader, you know that I’ve made a commitment to regain enough fitness to complete the 5k pub-to-pub race (and to claim my free pint!), and my goal is to take steps towards that every day.
Team Body Project saved the day again this morning with this low-impact, high-intensity ‘Turbo Twenty’ workout:
And look! Exercising to this video instead of going out for a run has resulted in lower impact on my time as well as on my joints.
Today that’s a win.
