Dear Reader,
Well, I wasn’t expecting to feel like this this morning!
That walk yesterday had tired me out, and I had been certain that my late night last night was going to bite me this morning.
Not a bit of it! Not much muscle stiffness, not tired at all, and any thoughts that had crossed my mind yesterday that today would be a rest day were in the wind just as soon as I leapt out of bed at 5.30.
I thought I’d work my arms, legs, heart and lungs for a 15-minute blast, and unrolled my mat in front of the TV to bound around in front of one of my favourite YouTube exercise videos.
Reader, I feel epic.
