Dear Reader,
My schedule today didn’t allow for more than ten minutes of exercise, but I made the most of it with a short, sharp HIIT session on YouTube. Even if I had had time for a run, we’ve got torrential rain here this morning, so I think I’ve got off lightly! 🤣
Today’s wasn’t my favourite workout, but it certainly got my blood pumping, and it was nice to do some formal exercise compared with yesterday’s ‘just walking around for a bit at work’!
It’s a busy time right now, but with a little over a week to go until the 5k I’m preparing for I still hope to see you tomorrow! Thank you for reading.
